According to the prescription, the period for protecting to fix our company’s LED GROW LIGHT is three year.

(From the day when you have place order to us) During this period, any belongs to under normal usage circumstance cause because of the product quality's problem of breakdown, our company will be responsible for giving free maintain all the time. Details as below:

1^st year, repair parts are in free,we undertake shipping cost.

2^nd year,repair parts are in free,we undertake half of shipping cost,and buyer too.Or if good are turned back,buyer undertake shipping cost from buyer’s place to our company’s.We undertake good light shipping cost that sending from China to buyer’s place.

3^rd year,repair parts are in free,buyer undertake shipping cost.

If flooding water ,man-made damage, natural force majeure, such as underground water and original floor etc. transportation, installation, faulty operation problem, lead to the equipment's part damage, seller donnot undertake it.

1.Does each strip has RED & BLUE colors?  

   Yes, each strip has both colors.  Full spectrum color ratio is accepted.

2.Can the strips be cut?  

   No, the cover is aluminum material, can't be cut.  

3.Does the light can be put in water?  

   Waterprood rate is IP65, please do not put it in water.  

4.Do I need to buy a power supply?  

  Each strip equipped a power supply which included in the package.  

5. How long is this light(in inch)? And what's the wattage?  

    38inch, 36 w(12pc 3w LEDs).  

6.Will the light heat hurt wood that I will attach light?  

   Not at all. The light has good heat dissipation of Aluminum material.  

7.How to install?  

There are 2 brackets included in the package for each light,easy to install.  

8.Does this strip has white light?  

  No, white light don't have any positive effect on plants growing.
